Business Philosophy When I decided to become a full time REALTOR, I had a basic business philosophy to exceed my client’s expectations and offer superior service on an individual basis. This has helped me build a strong loyal client base. My clients do not only consider me their personal REALTOR, but friend. This has lead to their confidence to refer me to their friends, family, neighbors, and business associates. I put home's and people together that is what I do best! Background I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in December of 1992. I hold the following designations in real estate: GRI-Graduate REALTOR Institute, ABR-Accredited Buyer's Representative. I am currently working on my broker's license and should be finished in 2004. In 2003, I received the 'Gold Outstanding Sales Award' and was involved with over 5 million dollars worth of real estate transactions. I am apart of the 'REAL TEAM'...a real estate group focused on helping individuals understand the ins and outs of real estate. We have been featured on ESPN Radio and we are currently working with Rich TV. This powerful networking group consists of an appraiser, real estate attorney, loan specialist, and insurance specialist.
