The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation course provides a comprehensive suite of skills, training and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today's marketplace. Topics covered include:

• How to demonstrate and communicate your value proposition 
• Understanding and complying with state license laws when representing sellers 
• Understanding and applying methods, tools and techniques to provide the support and services that sellers want and need
